A classic method rosé rested on the lees for 24 months, obtained from grapes grown on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. A refreshing and elegant sparkling wine. The colour is a blush pink, the perlage fine and lingering, with aromas of wild berries and croissant. The palate is soft, bright and pleasing.
