Carricante and Catarratto harvested at the feet of the volcano, for the creation of a blend which expresses all the strength and charm of this incredible wine region. The colour is a luminous, straw yellow with subtle golden highlights. The nose is elegant with notes of citrus, flint, butter and ginger. The palate is mineral and well-balanced.
