It is a wine obtained from grapes of Carricante and Catarratto varieties, native vines of Etna. After crushing and pressing, it ferments for at least 20 days at very low temperature.
The aging lasts for a few months and is then bottled.
The scent is floral and delicate and recall that of the broom. The color of this white wine is bright straw yellow with particular reflections tending to greenish.
