This wine is
made from grapes of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, native vines of
Etna. The vineyards grow luxuriant on the volcanic soil, arranged in small
terracing. The pressing is soft and the cryo maceration takes place in steel
tanks. The aging is in French oak barrels and refined in bottle for at least
six months. With a bright ruby-red color and a floral and fruity scent. The
taste is dry, full and tannic.
