These enological courses provided by qualified staff aim to spread the intense flavor of the delicious Etna Doc wines produced by us.

Agricultural education
The aim of
agricultural education is to bring babies and kids closer to the nature, agricultural work, to acquire an
ecological and sustainable awareness.
We propose a series of very simple didactic and training paths, useful for approaching nature through the knowledge of local products typical of Sicily, agriculture, the production of bread, wine, extra-virgin olive oil and animals.
The classes are held both in the hall and in the open spaces in the areas used for agriculture, near Etna.
